Why they have it on the demo video in the store, but when I ask for it...... it's not in the system. What? Is it discontinued? Then say it is. I'm rating a 4 because at least the guy made the effort to follow me to the display.

My doctors office usually faxes it over and I was able to pick up my Rx an 1-1.5 hours after seeing the doctor. They are slow. After waiting 3 hours after from faxing over the Rx, they still made me wait 20-30 min!! Horrible- hire more workers!!
