So, I found the right size of my items in the store and went to the cashier to make the exchange. I told the cashier that I want to do an exchange. Because of some issues, she couldn't locate my account and/or receipt in their system. My phone screen was broken, my phone battery was really low and my Tmobile internet was working very slow there. So, I was not able to find my receipt myself. The cashier called the manager. Manager Miguel came, looked for a second in the computer, couldn't find receipt himself, and WALKED AWAY without saying a word to me. I called him back and explained to him - I WANT to do an exchange. HE RESPONDED, NO EXCHANGES or returns without a receipt and walked away again. I eventually found the receipt myself in my phone and gave it to the cashier. She PROCESSED the RETURN. Then, she started to do a new purchase and right now my purchase was $10 more (because online prices for my items were cheaper). I reminded her I REQUESTED an exchange not return. The MANAGER Miguel step in and told me, we DON"T do exchanges only returns. And WALKED away again!!! How about you told me earlier that you don't do exchanges and returns without the receipt? Why did I spend almost an hour in the store looking for the receipt if you don't do exchanges? - I never gave these questions to him personally. I actually couldn't say anything to him because I felt so bad emotionally. Manager Miguel just walked away without resolving the issue or saying the word to me. All his employees witnessed this type of customer service. Why would these employees provide a good customer service if their manager is the example of the opposite??

Only two open.. during the holidays. Ridiculous. We waited 40 mins in line with only three people in front of us and line started growing behind us. Everyone was fed up.
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆January 20, 2019, by Joseph PulickalYou will enjoy shopping in this store. Neat, organized, and friendly. This was my review in 2015 and I rated it four stars. I am changing my rating to 2 after the experience on the black Friday 2017. There was a saying "the big fish eats the small fish" which was true but now "the fast fish eats the slow fish". Hope Sears understands it......! I picked up two pair of shoes and waited over half hour to pay at the register. The cashiers were too slow and the line was not advancing. Then I saw a sign that displayed "for online customers". I was very hopeful and started to place the order on-line on that computer terminal. Unfortunately, the computer was slower than the cashier. After trying for another 15 minutes, I left the shoes there and walked out. Came home and ordered on-line. Two hours later, I got an email that the on-line order needs attention and I must take action immediately. I called the number given but the customer service person was not helpful. He said that he is working over time because it is holiday. If I have an emergency, he can help. I mentioned that my on-line order was returned asking for follow up. He said to call Monday-Friday 7.00 to 5.00. That means I may not get the Black Friday deal ($10.00 off per pair). I have a feeling that unless Sears management do something to improve the situation (slow cashiers), the company will not recover from its pathetic condition. Hope someone reads it and improve. Shops such as Samsclub offers mobile checkout to speed up.
