  Came in a month and a couple of days ago to get my 6s battery replaced. They made me sign a customer agreement form yatta yatta to sign away my soul. 3-4 weeks later part finally comes in and they give me a notice of 5 days to pick it up or else it will be given to someone else and oh yeah I have to pay 30$. Profit sharks

  When I purchased through the online store for apple, I received a phone that wouldn't activate. So I went to the physical apple store and even though they couldn't get the phone to work, but they did everything in their power to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the system was down at the time I went so they couldn't exchange it, but they initiated a return and offered me a new screen protector and case which was sweet of them. Every associate there was kind and patient with my crying and one of the managers Sammy was the most patient of them all! Phenomenal service!
